Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) are applied and accepted to the use of Online store and services of Today and Tomorrow’s Printers & Publishers by the users.
Any services (Signup, Purchase or any other service) used from Today and Tomorrow’s Printers & Publisher's website will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to its services. You are advised to read these terms and conditions thoroughly and regularly as they may be changed from time to time. By accessing this website you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document.
Delivery charges for the orders placed through the website:
Within India, TTPP provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs 500 or more. All foreign shipments will be charged as per the postal charges by Postal services of Govt of India (The proof for the same will also be provided).
For shipments sent overseas, the shipping rates are calculated based on the product and the shipping location. In case, your order is for an item, which cannot be shipped to your country due to copyright and territorial restrictions, we shall cancel your order and process the refund accordingly.
In case of overseas transactions, we will process the refund for the amount received by us in Indian Rupees, the amount may be different from the one charged to you in your home currency depending upon the currency rates applicable at the time of order placement and processing the refund and also the policy of your credit card company for charges and refunds.
How do I cancel my order? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered?
For outright cancellations by you: For cancelling an ordered item or the entire order, contact us by phone and ask for Cancellations Dept. If you cancel your order, before the item has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount received by us as advance payment. In case of overseas transactions, we will process the refund for the amount received by us in Indian Rupees, the amount may be different from the one charged to you in your home currency depending upon the currency rates applicable at the time of order placement and processing the refund and also the policy of your credit card company for charges and refunds. Seek our cancellation number for reference and correspondence.
If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If the product has already been delivered to you, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
TTPP does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our office/warehouse. At our discretion, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. In this situation, TTPP does not take responsibility/title to the refunded item.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with the products that we supply to you in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is in saleable condition. Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately. If you wish to return your item for exchange these items need to be returned and reach us within 7 days of being received by you.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. The team at TTPP makes every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair use will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns & exchanges, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes, if any, are not refunded for shipments outside India. We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. For all returns & exchanges, send an email to email@example.com and ask for a Return Authorization Document.
We do not accept any returns without the mentioned Document. We highly recommend sending back with a track and trace number so it won't get lost in the mail!
