Open Access and the resources are being used by the libraries for information processing, storage, communication, dissemination of information, innovative services etc. Recognizing the advantages application of Open Access, the librarians are essential to provide the facilities and services to their user community. To provide fast, integrated, Interactive and comprehensive services to their users the libraries must engaged to modernize their operations and their services with using of open access resources. Today, the open access resources play a vital role to provide a valuable information with free of cost round the clock.
