About The Book

Agricultural engineering is a multidisciplinary branch where some civil engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering courses are also offered. Therefore, at the time of preparation for entrance tests and competitive examinations, it is difficult to go through all textbooks within the limited time frame. In the competitive examinations, it has been observed that generally objective type questions, multiple-choice questions, fill in the blanks, true/false, and some short calculations are asked. This book, "A quick revision on Farm Power and Energy," is a nutshell of the concerned field, primarily for the students of undergraduate courses in the agricultural and mechanical engineering discipline. This book will be helpful to the candidates preparing for GATE, JRF, NET, ARS, and other examinations. Further, this book will also benefit the students of Diplomas in engineering in the discipline mentioned above. However, the authors are not claiming as a substitute to acquire in-depth knowledge in the field.
